Not only is this device able to coagulate and mold soybean milk into tofu without utilizing molding boxes and cloth, but it also equips an automated cleaning system which completely saves labor.
It is possible to handle various types of products from 150g up to 3000g.

Product Outline This device is able to continuously perform coagulating and molding process to the soybean milk, turn it into plate shape of tofu, and feed it into containers automatically without the use of molding boxes.

I-tech Suzuyo's automatic continuous coagulating and molding devices possess not only an automatic cleaning system for the coagulating section and the function of automatic-height-adjustment for the pressing part, but also have a screw type disposal mechanism implemented to the tip of the cutting section.
Special Functions This device is able to smoothly feed large sizes of tofu (e.g. 1000g ~3000g) performed out of water without damaging it, and needless to say, it serves perfectly well for the regular sizes of products as well.

Round Type Coagulating Device

This type of coagulating device is definitely recommended to such customers who wish to spend some more time on coagulating and maturing process. The next generation type is able to prevent contamination as it equips top covers.

Product Outline Coagulating process is performed by the unit in barrel shaped tanks with a capacity of approximately 30L each. After the device circulates one round, the coagulating process completes.

Soybean Milk and Magnesium Chloride(Nigari) Blending Coagulating (inline) Device for Packaged Lactone Silken Tofu (Juten tofu)

Along with the conventional molding box type coagulating, similar type for the packaged lactone silken tofu production is also available. The control is made simple and user-friendly. One of its strong points is able to produce high concentration packaged lactone silken tofu with the use of liquid magnesium chloride(Nigari).

Product Outline The method is to perform mixing and agitating magnesium chloride(Nigari) with cold soybean milk inside of the piping, and then directly filling it into the containers set on the packaging machine.
