Automatic Underwater Cutting Device
(Cutcaser)
Not only are I-tech Suzuyo's automatic underwater cutting devices able to handle regular sizes of tofu but also such irregular sizes as 13mm-16mm diced ones for deep-fried tofu production.
In addition to the previously mentioned device, a fully automated device, which does not require any manpower to replace molding boxes, is also available.

Ultrasonic Cutting Device for Deep-fried Tofu
(Atsuage)
The technique for cutting cakes and sandwiches is applied to this device. Due to the application of ultrasonic technology, the cutting surface is smooth and fine. This device is commonly used for cutting the ingredients of Oden (Japanese one-pot dish) and deep-fried tofu.
